Developing as a Supervisor
This module offers supervisors, whether new to the role or more experienced, the opportunity to develop and enhance their understanding of the supervision process and their own supervisory skills.
Research Degree Supervisor's handbook
This handbook covers all aspects of the postgraduate research student journey as well as post-graduation career advice.
It aims to keep supervisors up-to-date on University regulations, and support and guidance available to supervisors and their research students.

Networks
Directors of Graduate Studies' Network Group
A forum in which directors of Graduate Studies from across Kent can meet informally to discuss best practice education and research.
Postgraduate Administration Network
Provides administrators with a forum to engage with each other across Kent.
Graduate Teaching Assistants (GTAs)
Kent offers postgraduate researchers the opportunity to teach or demonstrate their knowledge by employing them as Graduate Teaching Assistants (GTAs)
We aim to ensure that any research student who teaches is well supported, and provide a wide range of training opportunities and resources.
