As we approach the go-live date for the KentVision system we will be adding a series of system demonstration video guides to give users a flavour of the new system across a range of functionality ahead of more formal training sessions in the New Year.
Once you click the links below you will be prompted for your Kent login (e.g. pjs21@kent.ac.uk) and password to access the video guides.
We are in the process of setting up a Microsoft Teams site (CSAO KentVision Training) which users will be enrolled onto in due course. This will provide a repository for training materials and a way for users to communicate with the KentVision trainer and wider support team for the system.
A training timetable for February 2021 is available and booking is now open. These initial sessions are primarily targeted at staff working in Divisions. Further sessions will be delivered March and April and once the system is live regular, weekly slots will be available for staff to book one-to-one sessions to discuss specific issues.
Booking is available. On landing on the calendar, the sessions available are displayed at the top of the screen. Click on a session and the available day(s) will be displayed in the calendar (all other days remain greyed out). Click on the day and the session time available then appears. Click on this and scroll to the bottom of the page, complete your personal details and click "Book".
All training will be delivered via MS Teams and when you book for a session a Teams invite will be generated and sent to your Kent email account along with an email confirmation. All sessions will be recorded and posted to the KentVision Training Teams site after the event.
If you have any questions or queries, please email kvtraining@kent.ac.uk.
