Joint Staff Negotiating and Consultation Committee (JSNCC)
The JSNCC is the main forum for consultation between the University and our staff, on all matters of mutual interest.
The Committee is co-chaired by the Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development, and the Campus Trades Union Convenor and has both staff and trades union representatives as members.
